the house on the corner

About 2 Saratoga

A classic shingled three-bedroom on the quiet western edge of town — close enough to walk to dinner, far enough to hear the birds over your morning coffee.

salt air, slow days…
the layout

Three floors, no wasted rooms

Upstairs: a king bedroom and a twin room, sharing a bath with a skylight. On the main floor, the great room runs front to back — kitchen, dining, and living in one bright sweep, with a full guest bath. Below, a finished bunk room sleeps four and opens straight to the garden. Eight beds in all, and central air throughout.

indoor living

One great room for everyone

The kitchen anchors the house — Miele range, farmhouse sink, and counter space for two cooks. Dinner happens at the round table by the windows; evenings end on the sofas with Sonos on low and the French doors cracked to the night air.

outdoor living

South-facing, sun all day

The deck gets morning-to-evening sun; the stone patio holds the grill and the long summer dinners. The fire pit takes over after dark, and the open field across the street absorbs every game of catch and every zoomy dog.
